WPT Reveals Schedule For 2024 Second Half

The wait is over poker people. The World Poker Tour (WPT) has finally released the schedule for the second half of 2024. The poker brand announced the remaining schedule for its Season XXII after crowning the winner in WPT Rolling Thunder Championship. The second half of WPT events will kick-start with stops in Asia, Europe, North America, and Australia.

WPT 2024 Second Half Schedule

The much awaited WPT event in Macau will be hosted from 20th – 24th June for the very first time in the tour’s history. The Macau stop is expected to see Indian pros in large numbers as the country sees the return of poker action after the COVID-19 pandemic lull.  After Macau, WPT will host WPT Prime Taiwan from 15th to 19th August.

The World Poker Tour will then head to destinations like the United Kingdom, Australia, Liechtenstein, and Paris. WPT will be hosting WPT bestbet Scramble from 15th – 20th November and finally, the WPT Seminole Hard Rock ‘N’ Roll Poker Open will run from 29th November to 4th December.

Phil Sabbah, Playground CEO commented on the WPT Montreal festival. He said, “We’re buzzing with excitement as WPT Montreal returns to Playground! It’s more than just a tournament; it’s where history is made. Since our landmark inaugural event in 2012, Playground has been the backdrop for groundbreaking moments in poker, including crowning the first female champion in a WPT open event and witnessing the legendary Mike Sexton secure his first WPT Championship. Every time we come together, magic happens, and I can’t wait to see what unfolds this May.”
