What’s New With Acer’s Nitro 5 Gaming Laptops? FIND OUT

Acer has come up with a new version of its Nitro 5 gaming laptop. This Nitro 5 laptop runs on AMD’s Ryzen 5600H CPU. The device  comes in two variants which are distinguished by GPUs: Nvidia GeForce RTX 3060 and Nvidia GeForce GTX 1650.

This version of Acer Nitro 5 which runs on RTX 3060 is priced at INR 94,990 while the one that runs on GTX 1650 is priced at INR 71,990. The latest Nitro 5 laptop has a sturdy design with dimensions of 363.4mm x 255mm x 23.9mm and weighs 2.3 kilogram. The laptop is available exclusively in Acer stores and on Flipkart from 9 April onwards.

This version has a 15.6-inch full-HD IPS display and will have a refresh rate of 144Hz. The Acer’s CoolBoost technology comes with a quad exhaust port design. Nitro5’s thermal performance can be monitored with a NitroSense hotkey which is an added feature.

The laptop also allows the buyers to configure the device inorder to get maximum speed and storage. Nitro 5 has two slots for m.2 PCIe SSDs, and support for up to a 2TB HDD. The RAM on board is expandable up to 32 GB of DDR4 3200. Nitro 5 comes with a HDMI 2.0 and USB 3.2 Gen 2 port.

The laptop also has an RGB-backlit keyboard. Other than all these features, the highlight of Nitro 5 is that it comes with Acer CoolBoost technology which helps in keeping the temperature of the laptop at an ideal level. The device offers wifi 802.11 a/b/g/n, two USB 3.2 Gen 1 ports and bluetooth 5.1, RJ45 (LAN) port.

Acer Nitro 5 offers Windows 10 home operating system. It is equipped with DTS:X Ultra and offers clarity, optimized bass, a smart amplifier and six custom content modes that support windows spatial sound for PC Gaming with DTS license integrated.
