Vivek Singh Clinches Adda52’s Maverick For 3.90 Lakh


Wednesday was a significant day for poker players as PokerBaazi’s Deepstack, and Pride collectively saw a field of over 1,600 entries. Adda52’s Maverick was crushed by IPC Megastacks May 2022 15K Mystery Bounty winner Vivek Singh. Some of the winners from yesterday were Anant Purohit, and Haider Madraswala. THC #43 Deepstack – ₹15 Lakh GTD

PokerBaazi’s Deepstack tournament had a strong player field of 1,364 entries, comprising 758 unique entries and 606 re-entries. The top 221 players made it in the money. The min-cash stood at ₹1,950 in this ₹1,100 buy-in event. The tournament was shipped by Anant Purohit aka ‘Pro_Pro’ who cashed ₹2,32,000. The runner-up in this event was Abhimanyu Mittal aka ‘AbhimanyuMittal’ who pocketed ₹1,62,000 in prize money.

The event was shipped by Haider Madraswala aka ‘Haider’ who cashed ₹2,43,000 in prize money. The runner-up in this tournament was a mystery player called ‘Sundar1410’ who walked away with ₹1,70,000 in prize money.

The tournament had 547 entries in total, comprising 279 unique entries and 268 re-entries. The top 55 players made it in the money. The min-cash stood at ₹5,250.

Summer Series – ₹10 Lakh GTD

PokerStars Summer Series hosted a ₹10 Lakh GTD event. This ₹3,850 buy-in tournament had 184 unique players and 173 re-entries which adds up to 357 total entries. The tournament was a deal between Akshat Sharma aka ‘takingcuntrol’ and Pradip Ghosh aka ‘Nit2Donk.’ Sharma cashed ₹1,01,099 from the regular prize pool and got ₹1,02,140 in bounty money. On the other hand, Ghosh got ₹48,439 in bounty cash and ₹1,01,098 from the regular prize pool. The advertised guarantee of this event was surpassed and the final prize pool stood at ₹12,49,500.
