Vaibhav Temani Takes Down DPT July 2023 Superstack Warm-Up!

Poker pro Vaibhav Temani has taken down the first event on the Deltin Poker Tournament (DPT) July 2023 schedule, the Superstack Warm-up. The online reg has earlier nailed the India Online Poker Championship (IOPC) June 2021 Main Event.

With the DPT July 2023 title, he records his first-ever live title. 

The final three players, Temani, Shivam Shukla and Manas Kalita had agreed on an ICM deal. As per the deal,  Shukla who had 39,50,000 chips at the time of the deal will walk home with ₹7, 35,575, while Kalita, who had 15,35,000 chips gets ₹5,55,069. Temani who had 27,70,000 chips would walk away with the lion’s share of ₹6,67,756. However, the three decided to play for the title.
