Tom Dwan joins Triton Poker as brand ambassador

In January this year, we reported news of Triton Poker signing Jason Koon as ambassador of their upcoming series in Jeju. Koon did brilliantly as ambassador, winning two titles in the series and now, Triton has gone on to sign another ambassador in USA poker pro Tom ‘durrrr’ Dwan.

Triton prides itself on designing world-class poker experiences, so why not have world-class poker players representing you as well? Playing under the name ‘durrrr’ online, Dwan rose to fame in the early 2000’s for his amazing efforts in online poker, reported to have made a $50 deposit into profits of over $2 million.

Since then, he has made plenty more millions including $3+ million in live poker tournaments, but its cash games where he makes his bread and butter. Triton Poker has announced a series in Montenegro which will run between 5-17 May 2019 which is tipped to be their biggest series yet, and that’s where Dwan will get the chance to represent the brand for the first time.

Jason Koon was delighted with the news of Dwan joining him as ambassador, saying, “I’m thrilled to be in the company of Tom Dwan as a Triton Ambassador. When I began my journey as a poker player, Tom was already crushing the biggest games in the world. When the poker action started booming in Asia, Tom was one of the first to dive into the action. He’s one of the most exciting players to watch, and play against, and I can’t think of a better addition to the Triton roster.”
