Technology has disrupted many aspects of our daily lives in the last few years, but it may seem unlikely that the timeless game of poker is going to be affected by any of these attention-grabbing innovations. However, by digging more deeply, we can see that several types of cutting-edge technology are already changing how we play this classic card game, while others are set to follow them.

The use of VR and AR has allowed many types of entertainment to be delivered in a new way that blends realities.
