Spartan Poker Transition to OneVerse Ownership Nears Completion

One of India’s leading online poker platforms, Spartan Poker‘s transition to new ownership under OneVerse Gaming is almost complete, following the brand’s formal acquisition from Omnibay Pvt Ltd in August 2024. Since the acquisition, the transition of Spartan Poker’s operations to OneVerse has been conducted in a phased manner to ensure minimal disruption to players. Despite some minor issues that affected a small portion of users during the transition, the management teams of both companies are optimistic about the future.

Paul M, CEO of OneVerse Gaming, expressed his satisfaction with the progress made thus far. “We are pleased to announce that all key elements of the transfer process have either been or are in the final stages of being successfully completed. These include the migration of various Spartan assets, which are on their way to being fully integrated under the 1Verse umbrella. We are optimistic about the remaining steps and are excited about the growth prospects of both Spartan Poker and the wider OneVerse brand universe,” said Paul.  

Spartan Poker MD, Amin Rozani, had this to say, “The transition to OneVerse has been a significant step for Spartan Poker. While we faced a few challenges along the way, I’m thrilled with how smoothly the handover has taken place. I want to thank our players for their patience during this phase.” Rozani mentioned that all key elements of the transfer process have been successfully completed.

Founded in 2014 under the umbrella of Omnibay Pvt Ltd, Spartan Poker quickly established itself as a top destination for poker enthusiasts, offering a variety of tournaments, promotions, and innovative features that catered to both novice and seasoned players.
