Siddharth Arya Jolly Ships Event #23 At Poker Dream 15

Poker Dream 15 is officially underway, becoming one of the first major poker tournaments in Asia in the new year. With the past year bringing some of the most interesting and eventful poker tournaments, 2025 is gearing up for some enticing poker action with all the tournaments lined up.

Indian poker player Siddharth Arya Jolly has already been named to the winner’s list. He shipped Event #23 NLH—Turbo. The total prize pool was MYR 38,998 (₹7 Lakh), and he took the lion’s share, MYR 11,700 (~₹2 Lakh).

Siddharth Arya is quickly gaining popularity in the Indian and international poker scene. According to HendonMob, his first live cash was in 2022, when he won $787 at the Bracelet Event #32 at the World Series of Poker at WSOP Online. Since then, he has joined poker tournaments in India and Vietnam.

His best live cash to date was in 2023, at the World Poker Tour Prime—WPT Prime India, Panjim, Goa, when he took home $38,873 (~₹3 Lakh).  It’s impressive to see him making his name in the Indian and foreign poker scene with his consistent wins. Arya is one of the few poker players who saw their first cash just a few years ago and are going from strength to strength as the years go by. It remains to be seen which headline he grabs next.

Poker Dream is fast becoming a premium poker tournament in Asia, attracting some of the industry’s biggest names. The 15th iteration of the tournament is taking place in Malaysia, and the Main Event has a prize pool of MYR 4,000,000 (4 Million) GTD (~₹7.7 Crore). It is ongoing at Genting Highland. It began on January 16 and will wrap up on January 26.
