PokerBaazi, one of India’s biggest poker platforms, has announced Bollywood superstar Shahid Kapoor as its latest brand ambassador. The online poker platform aims to create a robust ecosystem for the game of skill in India. By getting the Bollywood superstar on board, the brand has taken a step further to achieving its commitment of popularising and creating awareness among the Indian audience about poker.
PokerBaazi will soon roll out its latest marketing campaign with Kapoor. The campaign includes the launch of a television commercial (TVC) in the coming days. The TVC will aim to promote the association as well as the brand’s message of poker as a sport that one can master with their skills.
Welcoming the Jab We Met actor as their brand ambassador, Navkiran Singh, Founder and CEO of Baazi Games said, “We are thrilled to have Kapoor on board as the newest member of our PokerBaazi family. With Kapoor, we found the perfect match for our brand as not just his personality, but also his constant drive to experiment with his craft beautifully, blends with our vision to enable a new sport to get its desired recognition in the country. With this association we take a step further in our larger goal of creating a Poker ecosystem in India and making it a household sport. We look forward to a successful collaboration and with our upcoming campaigns hope to drive valuable discussions around the PokerBaazi story.”
