Did You Know? Santhosh Suvarna Beat These Players!

Santhosh Suvarna made headlines in 2022 when he final tabled Event #5: $75K NLHE 8–Handed and finished in 8th place at the Triton Poker Super High Roller Series in Cyprus. He hasn’t stopped after that.

He has made sure he is remembered as one of the toughest opponents one can have on the table, and has been giving some of the top pros a run for their money. He is currently grinding at the Triton Poker Vietnam 2023 series and has managed to bust out two of the most notable players in the field.

Santhosh Suvarna Beat These Poker Players

In a three-way all-in pot, Suvarna sat with pocket rockets, while Punnat Punsri had pocket fives, and Rob Yong flashed AK. The board opened to 4 ❤ 7 ♠ J ♣ 9 ♣ 2 ♦ to send Punsri and Yong home. With that, Suvarna chipped up to take the second chip lead from the fourth place before the hand. 

Punsri is a former Triton Poker champion.
