Samyak Sethi Ships DPT Xpress 2025 Main Event

Samyak Sethi has written his name in the poker record books and has shipped the DPT Xpress 2025 Main Event. He took it upon himself to grind through more than 300 entries to take home a career-best ₹16.90 Lakh. It was the young poker player’s first live title, and he also took home the coveted DPT Main Event trophy, one of the most coveted prizes in the poker circles. While Sethi took home all the glory, runner-up Sudharshan Ravi had his own share, taking home a personal best of ₹12.46 Lakh. The total prize pool for the ME was ₹88.40 Lakh.

Samyak Sethi has sprung a surprise with this win, his first. The first time he saw money in a live poker event was in 2022 when he took home ₹14,100 at the 11K Warm Up event of DPT Xpress 2022. Interestingly, Sethi has played only in Deltin Poker  Tournament events up until now.

This is more proof that Deltin Poker Tournaments and events support some of the best and most skilled poker players in India and give them an opportunity to test their skills at the felts. Such successes inspire younger poker players who wish to show off their skills, clashing with some of the biggest names in the industry.
