Sahil Chutani leads 21 survivors at DPT Colossus ME

Deltin Poker Tournament (DPT) happens to be one of the biggest live poker brands in the country and recently, the 2019 DPT Colossus kicked off on board the luxurious Deltin Royale in Goa. A couple of days are over since the series has begun and the opening event was taken down by Meherzad Munsaf, winning his first DPT trophy and an INR 10+ Lakh payday.

Running simultaneously was the INR 200k DPT Colossus Main Event and with a buy-in so high, it’s understood that only the best in the business would be a part of this tournament. Right enough, quite a few notables were seen early on in the tournament, but only 21 of them picked up a bag and progressed to Day 2.

Leading all of these players into Day 2 is none other than Sahil Chutani who has a massive stack of 230k, leading right from early levels on the first day. He’s the only players with a 200k+ stack, with Zheko Dinev the closest to him (148k). Rounding up the top three is Abhishek Jalan (135k) while Adda52 Pro and Celebrity Pro Kunal Patni and Minissha Lamba have also progressed.

The blinds in Level 9 will be 500-1,000 with a BB ante of 1,000 when players return today at 3pm for Day 2.
