Ritwik Khanna Ships Mini Main Event At DPT Xpress 2025

Ritwik Khanna has grabbed the headlines by shipping the Mini Main Event at DPT Xpress 2025, the poker tournament that’s currently going on at the Deltin Royale in Goa. He has taken home an impressive amount of ₹3,84,615. (~3 Lakh). Khanna has now won one of the ten events that are marked for the tournament that’s supposed to wrap up on the 10th of February. The tournament began on the 5th of February. The announcement of the win was soon all over the Internet.

Khanna is a relatively new poker player who won his first cash in 2019 at the Big Bounty event of the Baazi Poker Tour at Panaji, where he took home ₹172,200. Since then, Khanna has won money in several national and international poker tournaments, including the World Series of Poker’s Online Bracelet Event in 2022, the Asian Poker Tour in 2022, and the U Series of Poker in 2023.

He has also won money at the WSOP Online 2021 event. The last time he saw money before the DPT Xpress was in December 2024, when he ranked 10th at the 6-Handed Hyper Turbo event of the USOP Grand Finale and won $414. 

With the Main Event of DPT Xpress 2025 still to come, it remains to be seen which new name, or old, grabs the headlines as the Main Event winner. DPT Xpress and other Indian tournaments are definitely good news for Indian poker players. Tournaments like these give younger and even experienced players an opportunity to play on the felts, show their skills, and make the most of their time while following their passion for the game. Incidentally, Bansal has also shipped the Highroller Event at DPT Xpress 2025.
