Ritwik Khanna Ships Megastack Hyper Turbo Championship at DPT Grand 2024

A new winner has been announced in DPT Grand 2024, the series currently happening at Deltin Royale in Goa. Ritwik Khanna has shipped the DPT Megastack Hyper Turbo Championship. The series saw one of the fewest entries, 87, but the action was as intense as ever. With this, Khanna has won his second DPT Championship, taking home ₹6.20 Lakh. and he also became the owner of a DPT bracelet. The final play came after a heads-up deal, with runner-up Vishrant Goel taking home ₹7.40 Lakh. As the play neared its end, Goyal went all in with k8, Khanna had pocket aces and the board was 7d, Jd, 8s, 2s, and 6d. Khanna’s pocket aces were enough to send Goyal to second place. The final table saw nine players vying for the championship, and each of them got eliminated until Khanna reigned supreme.

Khanna is known for his dynamic and cutting-edge playing skills, which have worked well for him. In May, he shipped the Turbo Mix event at the Deltin Poker Tournament taking home ₹2,86,200. He has also seen money in international series and events. In December last year, he snagged 7th place at Event #7 of the Asian Poker Tour – APT Hanoi Billions, Vietnam 2023, Hanoi, taking home ₱293,850,000. He has come a long way from his first cash, according to Hendon Mob, which was at the Baazi Poker Tour, at the NLH Bounty, when he took ₹172,200. He has also seen money in some WSOP events, in 2022, at Event #25, which was an online bracelet recently, and the WSOPC Main Event at the WSOP International Circuit in July 2024.

The DPT Grand series is powered by Adda52. The events are currently hosted at the Deltin Royale in Goa. The series follows a hybrid model with buy-ins ranging from ₹15,000 to ₹1.1 Lakh.
