Richard Marquez Ships Manila Megastack Main Event, Wins PHP 3.7M

Richard Marquez has shipped the Manila Megastack 20 Main Event, an event that had 512 entries, including himself, and a GTD of PHP 20,000,000. The event finally culminated in prize money of PHP 20,113,920. He took the lion’s share of the final amount, taking home PHP 3,713,920. The final table had nine contestants, including defending champion William Ysmael. The buy-in for this event was PHP 45,000, and the total number of players at ITM finally was 78.

Marquez played some intense poker hands and eliminated Ysmael with pocket Nines over Ace-Two, denying the former winner his chance to bask in Megastack glory. Ysmael finished third in this tournament for PHP 1,660,000. We congratulate Marquez on his win, which came after beating David Rene Mar in heads-up.
