Rahul Kumar, Bharat Vasan And Others Nail Top Titles


Even though it was a low-key day, Tuesday night surely had some fireworks to offer with top pros battling it out. A few of them nailed top spots, as several others finished in the money. Here’s what the night looked like:

DCS #12 High Monday Celebration – ₹14 Lakh GTD

Spartan Poker’s Diwali Celebration Series (DCS) witnessed its second day yesterday. High Monday Celebration surpassed the initial guarantee for a final prize pool of ₹15,16,000. The top 31 places out of 187 unique players, 72 re-entries, and 120 rebuys made it in the money for a min-cash of ₹4,400. 

Rahul Kumar Jain aka ‘JacK`spArrow’ nailed the top spot for ₹3,20,634. Tarush Gupta aka ‘Tarush123’ was the runner-up for ₹2,15,878.

DCS #13 Mid The Rocket – ₹10 Lakh GTD

This event saw 435 entries, 279 re-entries and 545 rebuys generate a final prize pool of ₹12,59,000. The top 103 places made in the money as the min-cash stood at ₹3,399.

Ashit Sharma aka ‘D. Carwin1’ nailed the top spot for ₹2,38,454. At the runner-up spot John Raphael aka ‘monzzard910’ cashed ₹1,45,918.

Iron Man – ₹8 Lakh GTD

Adda52’s Iron Man saw the top 34 places cash a min-cash of ₹6,400. The event had 180 entries and 159 re-entries. Sushant Singh aka ‘Tryndamere’ shipped the event for ₹2 Lakh, while Anmolraj Singh Chawla aka ‘anmolrajy’ finished second for ₹1,21,200.

Daily Value Boost – ₹10 Lakh GTD

PokerBaazi’s Daily Value Boost saw the top 131 places out of the 415 entries and 348 re-entries grab a min-cash ₹2,300. ‘8102277012’ and Rohit Mishra aka ‘rohit22rm’ ended the tourney in a deal and cashed ₹1,53,000 and ₹1,33,000 respectively.

The Big Show – ₹12 Lakh GTD

The Big Show on PokerBaazi had 222 entries and 178 re-entries battling it out as the top 49 places made in the money. The min-cash stood at ₹8,400.

Bharat Vasan aka ‘Thinkfloyd’ emerged as the winner and added ₹2 Lakh to his bankroll. Navaneesha P aka ‘np406’ was the runner-up for ₹1,32,000.
