Dealio Webcam Poker To Integrate Online And Live Experiences In Gameplay

Dealio Webcam Poker, a new online poker site is all set to make its debut soon. The new entrant is aiming at revolutionizing online poker experience by offering the players a live poker environment using live dealers or the ‘Dealios.’ It hopes to offer an experience similar to that of playing in a live set-up.

The company aims at bridging the gap between online and live poker. The company plans to do so by placing focus on the dealer/dealio. The dealio would overlook every online table and will also have in-game controls to manage the game and ensure rules are enforced on every table. It will also allow players to place their bets verbally. The dealio can decide if every table is abiding by the rules or not. Also, the dealio will enforce retribution in case of violation of rules or foul language on the table. 

Just like live dealers regulate the proceedings on a live casino table, the dealio acts as a live dealer to regulate the online game. There are many technical and mechanical complexities, which the developers will have to face while executing the same. 

One of the requirements of the game is that the players will be required to keep their webcam on while playing. Whenever a player is in hand, he  must be visible to other players. The game also looks at  trying to prevent the use of poker bots and encourage real-time strategy.

Additionally, the game will incorporate blockchain and cryptocurrency to enable players to move their bankroll on and off the tables during a game. This will keep the funds generated out of the site’s purview.

Over the years many apps and developers have tried to bring the online poker experience close to the live poker experience. However, most of them had to shut their shops within a few years. Dealio aims at changing that. It promises to launch its platform soon by hosting a charity event. Barry Greenstein, a member of the project says, “Only licensed for real money in Texas. Nothing grey (market). Hopefully, we’ll eventually be able to get into other legal markets in the US and eventually elsewhere.”
