How To Find The Best Non-AAMS Casinos?

When we approach a new  online casino non AAMS, therefore, let’s always make sure that there are contacts, that it is a licensed casino and that in addition to an interesting welcome package it also offers seriousness. We are sure that the last thing an online gambling enthusiast wants is to see the site suddenly close down and disappear with the funds deposited.

What to Look for in a Non-ADM/AAMS Casino?

Having clarified the importance of relying on the best foreign casinos, where you can play serenely and knowing you are protected, let’s start to see what are the aspects of foreign casinos without an AAMS license. European casinos, such as Playoro Casino, have the advantage of having to submit to less stringent impositions, being able to guarantee their users the best bonuses and the most exclusive promotions.

What non-ADM/AAMS Casinos Offer?

Along with a truly wide selection of games, these foreign online casinos that accept Italians have a truly exciting online gaming offer. Some of the best foreign online casinos are definitely Rabona Casino, Cobra Casino, Sportaza Casino and White Lion, which have managed to win over many users with free spins, various bonuses and many games of all types, from slot machines to live casinos with live dealers, through card games and table games.

The best offshore online casinos that accept Italians, in short, are the best precisely because they know what to offer and know that security goes hand in hand with fun. Starting to play in a new casino, on the other hand, requires not only good proposals but also seriousness on the part of the company that manages it, also in terms of security of deposit and withdrawal operations.

What Bonuses Do They Offer?

Let’s now look at the differences that non-AAMS casinos offer in bonuses to players.

The bonuses of non-AAMS casinos are much richer than those with an Italian license, because they do not have to submit to some specific limits and therefore reach much higher values. The welcome bonuses, then, have higher repayment percentages and the possibility of being redeemed more quickly than those of Italian casino sites.

Even the promotions and periodic bonuses offered by non-AAMS online casinos are very inviting, sometimes reaching sums of thousands of euros! A truly wide range of offers, ranging from weekly cashback to refunds on losses, through reload bonuses, free spins in large quantities and VIP programs with rewards also in money.

It is clearly important to take into account that all bonuses, whether they are granted by non-AAMS online casinos or by Italian casino sites, have requirements to be met in order to be obtained. Each bonus has its own characteristics and terms and conditions, which must always be read with great attention, and are present within the non-AAMS online casino itself.

If a bonus from a non-AAMS casino grants a very high amount but is impossible to obtain, then it is certainly not worth considering. The recommendation, therefore, is to carefully choose the bonus to redeem, not only based on the potential amount.

Sports Betting

Many sites, even without an AAMS license, decide to specialize in the sports betting sector, while others focus on offering typical casino games, but there are also some casino portals that are multipurpose. Usually, non-AAMS online casinos that also offer a betting schedule also offer a wider selection, not only in terms of competitions to play, but also in terms of variety. Betting on a non-AAMS casino is really advantageous, let’s see why.

Even though obviously even the best Italian sites offer respectable betting opportunities, foreign non-AAMS online casinos are almost never comparable. There are so many sports offered, which perhaps don’t have a real market in Italy but which nevertheless attract the most curious.

For fans of Nascar racing, cricket or UFC and MMA competitions, to name a few, or for those who like to bet on football outside of Europe, or on eSport tournaments, non-AAMS sites are clearly the best choice. Many of these non-AAMS online casinos also include a small section relating to political or television events!

Finally, usually, lower minimum bets are required in non-AAMS online casinos, compared to Italian portals, an aspect that, together with the presence of higher odds and the absence of betting and winning limits, makes betting on non-AAMS sites really interesting for both experienced and novice players.

What Do AAMS & ADM Mean?

Let’s take a step back from the world of casinos to briefly explain the regulations of this world.

The question is legitimate, also because it is possible that some have heard only one of the two acronyms, rather than the other. AAMS is an acronym that indicates the Autonomous Administration of State Monopolies, a body of the Ministry of Economy and Finance which, until 2012, was responsible for the management of gambling, together with the verification of tobacco taxation.

A Bit of History

The organization was founded way back in 1927, created specifically to apply all the regulations relating to the production, import and sale of salts and tobacco. Clearly with the economic and social evolution of the country, this aspect has changed, so much so that already in 1988 the AAMS was given the management of the entire national lotteries department, followed by Lotto, instant lotteries and Bingo.

It was in 2002, then, that the AAMS obtained all the powers it still has today but, in 2012, a decree law established that this body ceased to exist and was incorporated into the then Customs Agency. Thus was born the ADM, or the Customs and Monopolies Agency, which still operates under this name.

The ADM obviously has a whole series of skills that go beyond the management of this segment of the economy, as the section on customs clearly indicates, but if we want to focus on the sector of interest to us, it carries out a whole series of specific activities:

Issuing and checking specific licenses based on the game you want to offer, from games like Lotto to card games, from Bingo to betting exchange options. Checking the documentation and the execution of games in compliance with the regulations are a constant of the ADM, whose task is to guarantee, precisely, a safe game;

  • Gambling regulation, which in turn is divided into three categories:
  • Games of skill, such as Poker, for which the ADM establishes, among other things, minimum bets and minimum prize pool value;
  • Sports betting, which until 1999 only allowed betting on horses, and which today covers a truly vast range of competitions;
  • Video lottery, similar to slots but differing in their software mechanics and connection to central systems.

Anyone who wants to open a slot room, a betting room or a Bingo in Italy must necessarily go through the ADM, show themselves to be serious companies and continue to guarantee a high level of security over time. The Agency’s checks are periodic and stringent, as this is clearly a very delicate sector.

We repeat, this type of regulation does not apply to online casinos that obtain other community licenses.
