Spartan Poker’s Monday marquee scheduled at 8 pm was the biggest tournament on the site IOPC #32 ReCharge INR 20 Lakhs GTD yesterday pulling in a massive field of 1,198 entries. This resulted in the creation of INR 23.90 Lakhs worth prize pool. Chirag Bhardwaj aka ‘Sa$sy_ThaT’ emerged victorious and walked away with the top prize and ‘Unpredictable1’ finished runner-up. Fishing in the fourth place was Sahil Mahboobani aka ‘ImHighIshove’.
Another major lined up on Spartan Poker was IOPC #33 INR 7 Lakhs GTD that logged in 249 entries and posted a prize pool of INR 7.47 Lakhs. The top 31 players walked away with a min-cash of INR 6.5K. In the end, it was ‘bluffer’ who clinched to the first prize along with the IOPC title. Settling in the runner-up position was Gokul Raj aka ‘Super Kings’. Ashutosh Balodhi aka ‘stupefy’ ended up in the third place followed by IOPC Event #23 winner Deepak Bothra aka ‘chimpoo’ in the fourth place.
The flagship Monday event on PokerBaazi, The Bout INR 10 Lakhs GTD attracted 362 hopefuls. The INR 2,750 buy-in event’s final prize pool was divided among the top 45 players. Coming on top was ‘TanayParekh’ who pocketed INR 2.1 Lakhs along with the latest Monday title. Poker pro Ashish Munot aka ‘OMG_spew’ took home INR 1.47 Lakhs. Following next was online reg Chirag Sodha aka ‘miyagi’ who banked INR 94,500.
At 9 pm, PokerBaazi hosted INR 2 Lakhs GTD Monday MegStack. The event buy-in was INR 2,200 which garnered 77 runners. However, after three hours or so, Kunal Patni aka ‘VasooliChacha’ came out on top after outlasting Lakshpal Singh aka ‘boomtilt23’ in heads-up to claim the winner’s title and INR 60,000 in top prize. Singh added INR 42,000 to his illustrious poker bankroll. The final prize pool was shared among the top 9 players bagging INR 6K as min-cash.
Overcoming the field of Monday popular on Adda52, Inception INR 10 Lakhs GTD was Mandar Darade aka ‘HighCard1’. The event drew a bigger prize pool of INR 11.71 Lakhs that reached the top 38 places. Darade grabbed the largest chunk after defeating ‘2abhisingh’ in heads-up for INR 2.62 Lakhs. His opponent netted INR 2.07 Lakhs for finishing runner-up. Ram Kakkar aka ‘mowgumotu’ ended up in the third place for INR 1.28 Lakhs and Naresh Veeravalli aka ’emperor457′ in fourth place for INR 93,696.
Micro Millions Event 13 Battle Royale INR 10 Lakhs GTD on PokerStars India kicked off last night at 7:30 pm. A total of 321 runners pounced on the field to grab the top prize. INR 4.01 Lakhs in bounty prize pool was drawn and INR 625 as progressive bounty was awarded for each player eliminated. Topping the list was ‘Aggrolegend’ who captured INR 1.22 Lakhs in prize money after defeating ‘Nitin&AMIT999’ in heads-up. The latter secured INR 91,905 for finishing second.
