Mikita Badziakouski hops to partypoker as ambassador

26-year old Belarusian pro Nikita ‘Mikita’ Badziakouski has joined one of the leading poker brands in the world, partypoker, as their ambassador and the latest member of the Player Panel. The Panel features the likes of Isaac HaxtonJason Koon and Fedor Holz and will now see another high-stakes celebrity pro joining the team.

The deal was done a few days ago and Badziakouski was elated to speak to the press about the welcome development. He said, “I am delighted to be joining Team partypoker. If you look at the current members, established world-class players such as Ike[Isaac] Haxton, Jason Koon, Fedor Holz, Sam Trickett, Patrick Leonard and “Trueteller” (Timofey Kuznetsov) – they are all nice and well-respected people.

He further added, “To be part of a team like this is a true honor for me. These players have been playing at the top level for years and they can always help with advice because they know poker from the inside. I will be working in the same area and will try to add my own expertise to help improve the game of poker across the world.

Tom Waters, partypoker’s MD also gave a warm welcome to Badziakouski by saying, “We’re thrilled to welcome Nikita to Team partypoker. Nikita is one of the most respected players in the world and has recorded some incredible results in such a short space of time. Along with the various other members of the Player Panel, Nikita’s expertise of the game will help us to shape our policies and improve the playing experience for players at partypoker.

Badziakouski recorded his first live cash back in 2010 and has been playing ever since, but the player made a phenomenal run especially in 2018. He made back-to-back Triton SHR Series Main Event, one in May in Montenegro for nearly $2.5 million and the next in July for $5.25 million. Badziakouski still wasn’t done and went on to ship two titles, the 2018 EPT Barcelona €100k SHR for nearly $2 million and a Short Deck title at Kings Casino, Rozadov. He finished 4th in the partypoker’s Caribbean Poker Party $250k SHR and made a cool $710,000, ending the year on a high note.

Last year proved to be highly successful for Badziakouski and by joining forces with partypoker, he might break a few more records with the acclaimed brand behind him. Keep reading GutshotMagazine.com for more news like this as well as for your daily dose of poker news from across the planet.
