It was Finland’s Jani Vilmunen who was the first elimination at the final table walking away with €15,000. Vilmunen was one of two World Series of Poker bracelet winners seated at this table. He won the £5,250 Pot-Limit Omaha event at 2009 WSOP Europe held in London. The second bracelet winner was also Geilich’s headsup opponent. Joey Weissman took down the $2,500 No Limit Holdem event in 2012 in Las Vegas and he didn’t do too badly for himself in this tournament either. Eventually, having to settle for runner-up position, Weissman collected €155,000 for his efforts as Geilich walked away with the biggest payday and title.
