Live Poker Series to Play in Asia – November 2024

The live poker series scene in Asia and India is growing by leaps and bounds, with so many new and old poker series being held. Asia has been one of the most lucrative venues for poker for a while now. The second-last month of the year, November, has several poker series lined up throughout the year, and here’s a quick list of them all.

Upcoming Live Poker Series to Play in Asia – November 2024

• VPG Ho Chi Minh 2024

The event will be held at Sai Go Poker Room in Vietnam, and there will be 35 events. The guaranteed prize pools are close to VND 25 Billion. Several events are lined up for this one, including Madness Kick-Off, Mini Main Event, and Monster Stack. The Main Event has a guaranteed prize pool of VND 6 Billion.

The APT Phu Quoc Vietnam 2024, a premier poker tournament, will be held from 8th November to 17th November 2024 at the stunning Corona Casino & Resort on Phu Quoc Island, Vietnam. As part of the esteemed Asian Poker Tour (APT), this event draws top poker players from across Asia and beyond. Hosted at the luxurious Corona Casino, participants can look forward to an exceptional poker experience set against the backdrop of a tropical paradise.

• The Super Cup Poker 2024

The Super Cup Poker 2024 will run from 11th November 11 to 17th November at the COEX in Seoul, offering a total prize pool of 2.7 billion KRW. This event will showcase a range of poker formats, including Deep Stack, No-Limit Hold’em Turbo, and high-stakes High Roller tournaments. Highlights include the Main Event, which features multiple Day 1 flights and offers players a chance to compete for substantial prize money. With a buy-in of KRW 5,000, the Main Event is anticipated to attract around 1,000 entrants. Along with these, the series also has the Isabelle Ladies Event.

• Poker Dream 13 Malaysia

Poker Dream 13 Malaysia 2024 will take place at Resorts World Genting from 15th November to 24th November 2024. Part of the esteemed Poker Dream Tour, this event is expected to draw top players from across Asia and beyond to compete in a thrilling lineup of poker tournaments.

Known for its high-intensity competition and high-stakes action, the event will primarily focus on Texas Hold’em and feature a variety of tournaments, including the Main Event, high-roller competitions, and a range of side events.

• WPT Korea – Jeju Poker Festival 2024

WPT Korea, part of the Jeju Poker Festival, will take place from the 15th to the 21st of November and is hosted at Landing Jeju, Korea. The GTD of the flagship event is  KRW 1.68 Billion (~USD 1.26 Million). The festival has three parts:
