Jason Koon Wins His 10th Triton Poker Series Title In Monte Carlo

It was a historic moment at the Triton Poker Series Monte Carlo 2023 when Jason Koon won Event 13 $25K PLO Turbo for a sum of $365,000. Koon registered his name in the history books with his 10th Triton Poker Series title win. He became the first-ever player to ship titles in Hold’em, Pot Limit Omaha (PLO) and Short Deck. Koon defeated online PLO pro Eelis Parssinen in heads-up to clinch the magnificent 10th Triton Poker Series trophy.

When asked about his record-setting 10th Triton Poker Series win, Koon said, “Happy to close it up. Every night I go home and I study my play and I think I played the best I’ve played in a couple of years. It’s bizarre to get wiped out but playing really well.” Koon may not have made any headway in the Hold’em events but nailed the PLO event like a boss.

When asked about his immediate plans post Triton Monte Carlo 2023, Koon added, “I’m going to go home, get myself in shape, and hang out with my family,”
