Ivan Leow, Co-Founder Of Triton Poker Dies At 39

In a heartbreaking news update, the co-founder of Triton Poker, Ivan Leow has died at 39. A post shared by Triton Poker on their official Instagram handle read, “It is with great sadness we announce that our dear friend, partner, supporter and founding Triton member, Ivan Leow, 39, passed away this morning of natural causes.⠀

He made 12 Final Tables on the Triton Series and famously won two Triton titles in Jeju & Sochi in 2018. It immediately made him one of the best known and best loved poker players in his native Malaysia, and far beyond. We have decided to cut short the Triton Series event in Northern Cyprus to mourn his passing together.”

The sudden passing of this popular poker personality has sent shock waves in the industry. Post this uncertainty, Triton Poker’s official Twitter handle shared the heartbreaking news of Leow’s passing.

Popular poker pro Bryn Kenney expressed his thoughts by saying, “RIP my friend and fellow gangster style player, you will be missed 🌟❤️🙏❤️.” Fans and followers of Leow also offered their condolences to his family and Leow’s loved ones including his colleagues from Triton Poker.
