IPC Megastacks May 2022: Day 1 Ends Amid High Energy

What comes to mind when you think of a High roller event? Money, some more money and then some more. Yes, that’s exactly what was on the mind of many players who marked their attendance in this highly anticipated event of the India Poker Championship (IPC) Megastacks May 2022. The 100K buy-in event had many takers and when we say takers we mean the bigwigs of the Indian poker fraternity. A total of 158 entries slogged hard to progress onto Day 2 of this event. 

Gutshot sponsored pros Dhirendra Kumar and Anant Purohit participated. Harsh Dembla, Arsh Grover, Spartan Poker Pro Nikita Luther, Kunal Patni, Raghav Bansal, World Series of Poker (WSOP) bracelet winner, Aditya Sushant, Ashish Ahuja, Kanchan Sharma were among the well-known grinders at the 100K High Roller event.

This marquee tournament also had celebs grinding. Want to know more? Read on. Anita Hassanandani of Naagin fame made heads turn with her entry. Bachna Ae Haseeno actress, Minissha Lamba, Chehre actor, Siddhanth Kapoor, and popular face from the Indian television industry, Aly Goni were spotted on the live felts. 

The 100K High Roller has been halted for now and will resume tomorrow at 1 PM. High Rollers can often get nerve wracking but our players are all set to take this challenge head on. Who will take the lead tomorrow? Let us wait and watch.
