IOPC’s Main Event Offers ₹3.5 Crore In Guarantee And A Coveted Diamond Studded 18K Crown

The 11th edition of the India Online Poker Championship (IOPC) will start in less than a week’s time on 11 July and run till 1 August. The tournament series offers 30 crore in guarantee and has 140 events in total. Among these tournaments are several marquee events like the following: 

• ₹1 crore Blaze of Glory
• ₹1.5 crore IOPC United
• ₹1 crore Highroller
• ₹1.75 crore Legends
• ₹1.4 crore Super Highroller
• ₹3.5 crore The Crown

The Crown tournament with ₹3.5 crore in guarantee is the Main Event. The tournament assures not just a whopping ₹3.5 crore in prize pool but also a diamond-studded 18K gold crown.

IOPC’s 10th edition which was held in January 2021 was won by poker pro Laksh Pal Singh. This pro player walked away with a massive ₹51,80,000 in prize money, a gold badge, and a diamond-studded 18K gold crown. 

The Crown tournament is considered to be one of the biggest events in the Indian poker circuit. Talking to Gutshot about the prestigious IOPC win and the diamond studded 18K gold crown, Singh said, “It is one of the biggest tournaments of the year, with a huge prize pool and that wonderful crown to go with it so it was a great feeling.”
