IOPC Day 3: Debneil Mukherjee Ships Saturday Prime For ₹5,79,000


Day 3 of India Online Poker Championship (IOPC) had several well-known names like Mohit Mehta, Sahil Mahboobani, Areyann Gurbaxani, Shrey Baj among others grinding hard for the title spots. Mehta shipped his second IOPC title consecutively on Day 3. He previously nailed IOPC #11 Deepstack on Day 2. Baj who shipped IOPC #16 was also the runner-up in the IOPC #12 Friday Prime event which was hosted yesterday. Mystery player ‘Rahul4444s’ who shipped IOPC #18 Monster Stack was the runner-up in IOPC #14 All Rounder event. Keep reading further to know more about the winners of Day 3.

IOPC #15 – ₹6 Lakh GTD

The day’s first event had a massive player field of 1,108 entries (532 unique players, 182 re-entries, and 394 rebuys). The top 103 players made it in the money. A min-cash of ₹1,620 was paid. The event was a deal between a mystery player called ‘Hokage’ and another anonymous grinder ‘BaajiPrabhu.’ While ‘Hokage’ took home ₹95,148, ‘BaajiPrabhu’ cashed ₹88,031.

This event was a deal between Shrey Baj aka ‘Kingsb30’ and Areyann Gurbaxani aka ‘VerbalDiarrhea.’ Baj thickened his bankroll by ₹1,59,104 while Gurbaxani cashed ₹1,24,625.

The top 47 players made it in the money. The min-cash stood at ₹2,254. The event was shipped by Meet Jariwala aka ‘gogobhai’ who cashed ₹77,082 in prize money. The top 111 players made it in the money in this ₹990 buy-in event. A min-cash of ₹2,776 was paid. The tournament was shipped by a mystery player called ‘Rahul4444s’ who pocketed ₹2,09,792 in prize money. The runner-up in this event was Himanshu Kataria aka ‘StupidCommonMan’ who cashed ₹1,27,830. The advertised guarantee of this event was mildly surpassed and the final prize pool stood at ₹11,10,600.

The min-cash stood at ₹7,742. The advertised guarantee of ₹15 Lakh was surpassed and the final prize pool stood at ₹15,80,000. The tournament was a deal between two well-known grinders—Mohit Mehta aka ‘thejoker’ and Sahil Mahboobani aka ‘Captain Falcon.’ Mehta cashed ₹2,55,450 while Mahoboobani took home ₹2,45,409.

The runner-up was ‘BROgoingPRO’ who pocketed ₹1,15,866 in winnings.
