Indian Pros Participating In APT Summer Series Da Nang 2023

The Asian  Poker Tour (APT) Summer Series has begun at Da Nang in Vietnam. The poker series has massive guarantees, along with a wide range of tournaments for players to play.

The APT Summer Series Da Nang will run from the 21st to the 30th July 2023. With a staggering 61 events on the schedule, the event series has something for every player. Be it a small takes player, or a high-stakes pro, the series will satisfy each player. And the cherry on the cake is the Main Event, which comes with a guarantee of a massive VND 12,000,000,000 ($510,583).

As we have seen in the past few months, Vietnam is emerging as a hotspot for poker events, and Indian players are seen grinding and also achieving great results at these locations. Likewise, the upcoming APT Summer Series Da Nang 2023 will also see the Indian contingent making their presence felt.

Ramesh Rao Thotapalli 

Popular poker player and entrepreneur Ramesh Rao Thotapalli has already landed in Da Nang ahead of the series. He will be seen grinding in Vietnam at the series for the next 10 days. He is actively sharing updates from his visit on his Instagram stories. RRT, as he is known, will be eyeing his first-ever APT title in the series.

Amit Kaushik

Poker pro and former APT champion Amit Kaushik has also arrived in Da Nang for his beloved series. Kaushik is a regular player at the series, appearing at almost all APTs that happened in the past year. He won the Deep Stack Hyper Turbo event during the APT  Summer Festival last year.

Ashish Munot

Another APT reg from India, Ashish Munot, will also be seen grinding at the APT Summer Series Da Nang 2023 series. He will be looking at adding to his APT  title tally at the series. Although Munot is active at this  series, he still does not have an APT title to his name. He has previously claimed WPT and APPT titles and will be looking at ticking the APT box off his list.

Meherzad Munsaf

Meherzad Munsaf, who was recently seen at the WSOP 2023 season in Las Vegas, has also arrived in Vietnam. Munsaf is a well-known name in the Indian poker circuit and will also be eyeing his first APT title at the series.
