The virtual poker battleground witnessed fireworks in the Junglee Poker online tournament, SS Daily Finale as 194 total entries vied for a share of the impressive ₹10 Lakh guaranteed prize pool. Leading the charge was Ankit Omprakash ‘Naturalm8’ Bajaj, who raked in a massive ₹8.33 Lakh for his impressive runner-up finish in the Zodiac Goat High Roller. He added another ₹55,128 to his tally by cashing 45th in the Bounty Hunters HR 525, making it a profitable night all around.
Matching the fireworks was Snehil ‘Gaurav_Sood’ Aggarwal, who pulled off a stunning double title win. He shipped the Speed Racer Bounty 108 for ₹2.89 Lakh, and followed it up with a victory in the Speed Racer Bounty Europe 108, pocketing ₹2.47 Lakh. That’s nearly ₹5.36 Lakh in a single night – an extraordinary run! Snehil has been grabbing the headlines now and then, with him representing his home state, Haryana, at National Poker Series, from his home state, Haryana. The grinder seems to have his sense of humour up top alright, with his online username a hat-tip to another popular Indian poker player, Gaurav Sood.
Also finding a place in the winner’s circle was Vaibhav ‘GlazeCotton’ Temani, in the Bounty Hunters Hyper Special 32 to clinch the top spot and ₹1.81 Lakh. Temani has seen several wins in his poker journey, with one of his major achievements being shipping the India Online Poker Championship (IOPC) #TheCrown Main Event in July 2021. Meanwhile, Furukawa ‘Furunandesu’ Shimei secured a solid ₹1.57 Lakh finish as the runner-up in the Daily Hyper Special 88.
With crushing highs, multi-title wins, and bankroll-boosting scores, the night was a celebration of grinding skill and tournament mastery.
