3. Select the language

A new pop-up will appear. Select your preferred language – Hindi or English, and click on the ‘Set Language to’ button at the bottom.

4. Select your concern

You will be redirected to the MPL Helpdesk page. Scroll through the page to find your issue listed in the options. If your concern is not listed, click on the ‘Other’ option.

If you select the ‘Other’ option, you will be redirected to a new ‘Select Issue Type’ menu. Click on your issue if it is listed, or click on the ‘Other Issues’ option.

If you select the ‘Other Issues’ option, you will be redirected to a new ‘Add Images/Videos’ page. You can upload any photos or videos you have to describe your issue. You can also click on the ‘Proceed to Chat’ button that appears at the bottom of the screen to start the live chat.
