Harsh vs Harshad

Not every hand is a bomb hand on a poker table. Day 1B of the IPC Megastacks May 2022 Main Event also had one such hand play out between Harsh Dembla and Harshad Barve. At Level 1 on Table 4, preflop saw Harshad Barve opening with 300 which was called by two other players. On the flop (4 ♦ 7 ♦ T ❤ ), Barve made a bet of 600, Dembla raised to 1,700 and Barve matched the bet. The turn (3 ♣) saw Dembla bet 2,500 which was matched by the IOPC July 2021 Blaze of Glory winner. River card showed Jh and both players decided to check. With 7 ♣ 2 ♣ Barve hit one pair and Dembla said Ace-high. After this Dembla was seen telling Barve how he can play a 72 hand against a tight player like him. Rishabh Malik who was railing said “Woh Harshad bhai hai kuch bhi kar sakte hai.”
