DPT Xpress returns for 3rd edition; this time in Goa

The very popular Deltin Poker Tournament (DPT) hosts live poker series throughout the year in states like Goa and Sikkim, keeping in mind players of all pockets. They have the DPT Xpress for small buy-in players, the DPT for mid-stakes players and the DPT Colossus for the absolute high rollers of this country.

DPT Xpress has been held twice in the past so far, and both have been held at Deltin Denzong in Sikkim. The main feature of this series is that you can go with a small budget and grind through the entire series. The most recent edition of DPTX saw Ankit Jajodia shipping the Main Event in Sikkim for INR 3.25 Lakh.

Deltin has now announced the third edition of this series but for the first time ever, it has been scheduled to take place in Goa, on board the Casino Deltin JAQK in River Mandovi. The series will take place between 6-9 June and we can expect a much larger participation here, since travelling to Sikkim becomes a tiring and expensive affair for most players across India.

While we’re expecting a larger turn-out, the organizers have decided to keep the format of the series the same, with buy-ins ranging between INR 5,000 to INR 15,000. Three tournaments are scheduled between 4 days and you can grind through the entire series with a budget of INR 25,000.

• DPTX Event #1 – INR 5k Burn N Turn
• DPTX Event #2 – INR 15k Main Event
• DPTX Event #3 – INR 10k Tag Team Event
