David Warner Joins Adda52’s Poker Night With Stars

Adda52‘s most anticipated poker tournament, Poker Night with Stars, is back this April with another spectacular tournament. And guess who it has on board this time. It’s none other than former Australian cricketing star David Warner. 

The online poker site posted a ‘Guess the star’ post on Instagram, which gave away some hints and asked followers to guess who it was. “Can you knock it out of the park with your guessing game? Comment below with your answers now!,” the post read. 

The 30-second-long video suggested that the star plays for Australia, is an opening batsman, and is captain of the Delhi IPL team.

Adda52’s ‘Poker Night with Stars‘ campaign aims at establishing the fact that the game of poker is for people from all walks of life. The brand wishes to give everyone a chance to play with their favourite celebrities. Poker lovers can participate in the ‘Poker Night with Stars’ contest through three routes, namely cash leaderboards, tournaments, and a lucky draw for all first-time depositors. 

The tournament is a ₹5 Lakh GTD freeroll event held once every month. It has a month-long contest which selects players who then become eligible to play with the star of that month. Here’s how the players can participate: 

Through tournaments

Players can earn points to qualify for the freeroll by playing any tournament on Adda52. One can play tournaments with buy-ins as low as ₹10 going up to ₹499. Players with a healthy bankroll can also play mid buy-ins from ₹500 to ₹1,999 and accumulate leaderboard points. 

The top 15 players on the leaderboard will then battle it out in the ‘Poker Night With Stars’ Sit & Go (SnG) tournament for the ticket to play the freeroll.

Through cash games

Players can also play cash games on stakes, including novice, advanced or elite stakes to rank on the three stake-wise leaderboards. The players who rank on the top of each of these three leaderboards stand a chance to play poker with the star of the month.

Through Lucky Draw

Players making a first-time deposit on Adda52 get to participate in the ‘Lucky Draw’ that takes place during the contest period. Among these depositors, two players will be selected to play with the star.
