Da Nang Autumn Tour 2024: 2 Billion GTD Main Event!

The New Century Poker Club has announced Da Nang Autumn Tour (DAT) 2024 to bring back the excitement of Vietnam’s poker scene, making it the first major poker event of the year after several series were cancelled due to regulatory changes.  This live series will be hosted between 4th to 10th September 2024 at the New Century Poker Club, Wyndham Danang Golden Bay Hotel.

This live tour includes 20 trophy events spread over a week, with buy-ins starting from VND 4,300,000 (~$180) to VND 38,000,000 (~$1,520). The highlight of the series is the DAT Billionaire Mystery Box Main Event, which offers a guaranteed prize pool of VND 2,000,000,000 (~$80,080).

Da Nang Autumn Tour 2024 Feature Events

DAT Billionaire Mystery Box Main Event is the major attraction starts on the second day, with a buy-in of VND 25,000,000 (~USD 1,000) and a starting stack of 40,000 chips.  It runs from 5th to 9th September and includes multiple starting flights. Starting on 4th September DAT Kickoff event has a buy-in of VND 6,800,000 (~$272). The Mini Main Event is running between 8th – 9th September with a buy-in of VND 10,800,000 (~$ 432). Megastack Classic comes with a buy-in of VND 8,800,000 (~$352). Finally, DAT Billionaire Super Star 8 Max the high roller event takes place from the 9th to the 10th of September, with a buy-in of VND 38,000,000 (~$1,520).

Players can register through nine levels for all starting heats, giving many chances to qualify for the knockout round. Once players reach in the money (ITM), the Main Event changes to a bounty format with a mystery twist, making it more exciting with two mystery bounty prizes, each worth VND 1,000,000,000 (~$40,040). The major highlight of the tour is that there is no winner’s fee, which will allow the international players to claim their prizes in full.
