Asian Poker Tour Announces Schedule for 2025

Asian Poker Tour is one of the biggest brands in the poker industry. It has announced the dates for its upcoming tournament series, the yearly itinerary for its Asian Poker Tour 2025, via its social media account. The series will be hosted in Taipei, Manila, and Jeju throughout the year. This surely is big news for the poker industry, with the Asian Poker Tour joining the list of tournaments that have confirmed dates for the upcoming here.

The following is the break-up of APT Series 2025:

Dates	City
7th to 16th February	Manila
25th April to 4th May	Taipei
30th May to 8th June	Manila
26th September to 5th October	Jeju
14th November to 30th November	Taipei

While most of the dates are confirmed, only the first and third leg of the series, the ones in Manila, have been earmarked as ‘subject to regulatory approval’. Of course, many details, like the complete schedule, the details about the GTDs, and other such aspects, have yet to come out. We will keep you updated about any such details. 

The Asian Poker Tour is prolific. The first tour took place in 2006. Since then, APT has grown by leaps and bounds and created headlines with its series. APT has also held online events in India, with GTDs ranging from ₹50 Lakh to ₹1.5 Crore in 2021 and 2022. Only local Indian players could play these series.

In 2024, the Asian Poker Tour had the APT Online 2024, powered by Natural8 India, a tournament series that offered 20 APT Trophies, one of the most coveted prizes in the poker industry. The series took place between 10th November and 1st December.

With APT announcing its itinerary, it is only a matter of time before other major players in the market will announce their offerings soon. With all this, 2025 seems to be a promising time for the entire poker industry.
