ASEAN Gaming Summit Manila to take place in March

Asia Gaming Brief is all set to organize and host the 2019 ASEAN Gaming Summit in Philippines’ capital city Manila. The coveted Summit is to take place between 19-21 March 2019 at the Conrad Hotel in the city.

This will be the third edition of the famous Summit, where dignitaries of the Asian gaming industry will all be present and speaking about the issues concerning the market. The event is expected to draw over 300 operators, suppliers and regulators from Asia’s online and land-based gaming industries.

The ASEAN Gaming Summit has created a significant reputation for itself in the industry over the past 3 years. The industry sees the Summit as a meeting point between promoting a platform for information exchange and contacts across land-based and online gaming industries.

The ASEAN aims to provide the delegates at the Summit with networking experience and opportunities that are so essential for working in any industry and thereby help them grow their respective ventures successfully.

The first day of the Summit, 19th March, will see the ‘Casino Tech Day’ being hosted. The event will consist of programs based on the cutting-edge of technology, robotics and Artificial Intelligence in casinos, blockchain and casinos, digitization/gamification, future for slots, Electronic table games (ETGs), skill-based games, e-wallets/e-payments, etc.

Along with the above, the event will showcase some techniques on how to control fixed, time-limited resources, so that the right products are delivered to the right persons at the right time and for the right price.

Among the speakers for the Summit, the keynote speaker will be Jay Walker, head of Walker Digital. He will inaugurate the event on 19th March with his speech on the current gaming scenario in this digital age. There will be 40 other speakers featuring in the event. Among them are Coinpoint’s Oron Barber, City of Dreams’ Michael Burnett and MGM’s Graeme Croft.

Day 2 will feature ‘The Year Ahead’ program with which the Summit hopes to make the masses aware about stuff like anti-money laundering, Asia market development, creating money out of eSports and Asia investor risks. The last day of the summit will see a roundtable conference where the dignitaries will discuss exclusively about India and its future in the industry.

After the first two editions, this year’s ASEAN will be more inspirational and educational. The participants can head to the ASEAN site to sign up for the Summit and for complete information of the same.
