Arsh Takes The Exit Route

After chopping the IPC 100K High Roller prize money with Alok Borewar yesterday, Arsh Grover has exited Day 1B of the coveted Main Event. On the flop (7 ♣ T ♣ Q ♦ ), Rajashekhar Puttamsetty checked and Grover bet 2,700 and the former called. Grover had an open ended straight and flush draw while Puttamsetty had a gutshot straight draw.
On the turn (5 ❤ ), Puttamsetty checked again and the Final Table Series (fourth edition) champ went all-in with 14,500 and his rival called. Both players hit one pair when 7 ♦ fell on the river. With a higher kicker Puttamsetty sailed through, busting Grover in the process.
