Anand Pallikona Snags Freeze Out Event At DPT Xpress 2025

Anand Pallikona excelled at the felts of the ongoing DPT Xpress 2025 and won the prize money of the Freeze Out event. The exact amount of his winnings is not yet known, but news of his win spread on social media.

Pallikona is a popular poker player who has been around for a while. His best live cash to date is ₹2,21,972 (~₹2 Lakh). He first made money in a live poker tournament in 2019 at the Baazi Poker Tour in Panaji, where he ranked second at the Big Bounty event and took home ₹20,300. He achieved his best cash in 2024 at the Main Event of the Deltin Poker Tour in 2024. It also remains to be seen whether this will be his highest live cash.

Based on his past records, this is one of Pallikona’s biggest cash-outs. It will undoubtedly boost his confidence in playing more and taking opportunities to face some of the industry’s biggest names. It remains to be seen where Pallikona decides to show and prove his poker skills next. But there’s one aspect for sure: the young poker player has many more poker games in him.

Several young poker players have clinched titles at DPT Xpress 2025 this year. Ridhav Chawla took home the NLH Bounty earlier, and Vikaash Shah shipped the PLO 4 at the tournament, which began on February 6th and ended on February 10th.

DPT Xpress is a joint initiative by Adda52 and the Deltin Poker Tour. Both companies have collaborated since 2016 to host the tournament at the Deltin Royale in Goa. In addition to DPT Xpress, the Deltin Poker Tour organizes several other poker events throughout the year, including the DPT Colossus and the Deltin Poker Tournament, which are held at various venues across India.
