India’s Alok Birewar has recorded the first title for the country at World Poker Tour (WPT) Prime Cambodia 2023. He took down the two-day Deepstack NLH Freezeout side event for an impressive $7,748. This also marks the second WPT title of his career.
Apart from Birewar, Sameer Agarwal also made it to the final table of this event and finished seventh for $1,010. The event had a buy-in of $300. 97 entries gathered to generate a final prize pool of $25,404 which was shared by the top 13 players.
