2022 WSOP: Justin Young Leads The Pack In Event #2


Day 1 of Event #2 $100,000 High Roller Bounty ended after Level 12. Justin Young was leading the pack of 15 survivors with a stack of 3,565,000 (89 BB). This High Roller Bounty event had 45 total entries. Well-known players who bagged and tagged at the end of Day 1 were GG Poker ambassador Daniel Negreanu (1,235,000), David Peters (3,085,000), and 2021 WSOP Main Event champion Koray Aldemir (2,930,000).

Young won two key flips against Laszlo Bujitas and Chris Hunichen. Young managed to eliminate players like Alex Foxen, Bryn Kenney, and Chris Hunichen. Take a look at the chip counts here:

Day 2 of the $100,000 High Roller Bounty tournament will resume tomorrow (Wednesday) at 12 PM with the remaining 15 survivors. Event #2 will see players locking horns at Level 13 with blinds 20,000/40,000 and a big blind ante of 40,000. The player field is expected to inflate as late registration for this event will be open till noon pacific time. The game will go on till it is down to the final five and then the event will resume on Day 3 (Thursday, 2nd June). This $100,000 High Roller Bounty event is a three-day tournament which offers a starting stack of 600,000 chips. Day 1 of this High Roller Bounty event witnessed some intense poker action and players hunting bounties worth $25,000, the dynamics could change on Day 3 of this much-awaited tournament.
