2021 WSOP Online: The 2021 World Series of Poker (WSOP) Online bracelet events have been going on in full swing. Event #20: $1,500 MONSTER STACK NLH Freezeout concluded yesterday with a dramatic end. Brazilian player Eduardo Rodrigues aka ‘Ghazbaran,’ grabbed his maiden WSOP gold bracelet after nailing the tournament like a true pro. The Brazilian successfully knocked out two players in the winning hand to take home a massive $212,815 in prize money.
The two-day event, which witnessed 1,080 entries on Day 1, generated a final prize pool of $15,39,000. Italian player Dario Sammartino, who entered Day 2 with the second highest stack, had an incredible run on the final table until Rodrigues finally busted him in the final hand. Sammartino, who had earlier finished at fifth place in Event #18: $5,000 Short Deck Championship, successfully busted two players on the final table at this event.

Lithuania’s Karolis Sereika aka ‘Internecik’ was the first casualty on the final table. Sereika’s pocket queens couldn’t save him when Chris Karambinis aka ‘AIR-JORDAN’ hit a king pair on the board of with his ace-king hole cards. Sereika walked home with $21,281 to his bankroll.
Next in line was Lee Jinhyang aka ‘SON_7,’ who was busted at the eighth spot for $28,379. Sammartino’s ace-queen helped him bust Jinhyang, who held an ace-nine when the board opened to .
Karambinis departed to the seventh place for $37,844, when his pocket queens did not favour him. Romain Dours aka ‘Flingue’ busted Karambinis with a three of a kind hand with pocket kings and the board of .
Dours’ presence couldn’t last long as he got busted soon after busting Karambinis. His jack-ten suited was busted by Sammartino’s ace-queen off-suited as the latter hit a higher pair on the board (). Dours departed to the fifth place for $50,466.

Brazil’s Renato Valentim was next, as he finished fourth for $67,278. Valentim’s pocket aces lost against Sammartino’s pocket seven’s. Sammartino flopped a seven on the river to bust Valentim with a three of a kind. Valentim took home $67,278 in prize money.
Jerecho Caballero aka ‘choleeek89’ busted Thomas Harvey aka ‘zizelux’ with a jack kicker against Harvey’s ten kicker, when both the players formed a queen-pair on the board of . Harvey departed at the fourth place for $89,743.
Caballero held , while Sammartino held pocket tens. Rodrigues who held , further strengthened his position with on board. His ace pairing with the queen kicker helped him eliminate both Caballero and Sammartino to lift the title. Caballero finished third for $1,19,674, while Sammartino finished at the runners-up spot for $1,59,588.
