Sri Lankan Spinners Take All 10 Wickets in ODI Against India, Create History at Asia Cup 2023: In a stunning display of spin bowling, Sri Lanka’s spinners took all 10 wickets in India’s innings in the Asia Cup Super Stage 4 match on Tuesday. It was the first time in the history of ODI cricket that all the wickets was taken by spin bowling attack against India. 

The Sri Lankan spinners, led by Dunith Wellalage (5-40), bowled India out for just 213 runs in 49.1 overs. Wellalage was the pick of the bowlers, taking five wickets in his 10 overs. He was ably supported by Charith Asalanka (4-18) and Maheesh Theekshana (1-41).

India’s batsmen were completely clueless against the Sri Lankan spinners, who bowled with great control and accuracy. The Indian batsmen were unable to score runs against the spin, and they kept losing wickets at regular intervals.

The Sri Lankan spinners were also helped by the conditions, which were favourable for spin bowling. The pitch was slow and turning, and the ball was gripping the surface. This made it difficult for the Indian batsmen to play their shots, and they were eventually bowled out for a low score.
