ICC T20 World Cup: Highest Run Scorers From 2007 to 2021

ICC T20 World Cup: Highest Run Scorers From 2007 to 2021: Test cricket was quite popular when the term cricket was introduced to the world. Slowly but steadily limited over cricket, i.e. One Day Cricket, took over the Test and changed the game’s entire concept. Now it’s T20 taking over ODIs and is considered the most popular one.

T20Is are indeed one of the most entertaining formats of the game and have entirely dominated world cricket. People like to see their favorite players smashing the bowlers everywhere in the park. Batters these days have played an essential role in promoting the T20 format. Not today, but in 2007, when the format was introduced, there were players back then who accepted this format and dominated world cricket.

The world didn’t know Virat Kohli or AB De Villiers back in 2007 or 2009. If these T20 experts were not playing at that time, then who was dominating the T20 format? Well, I guess it’s hard to remember! IndiaPlays have featured an article that speaks about players that had scored the most runs in each edition of the T20 World Cup from 2007 to 2021.
