Sunrisers Hyderabad Update: Will Rashid Khan and Mohammad Nabi Take Part In IPL 2021: In the two decades since the US-led invasion of Afghanistan, the country has been badly tormented by the Taliban. A player like Rashid Khan has become a world-class spin bowler and is creating a sensation in international cricket. But now that the country is in troubled waters, the future of cricketers from  Afghanistan remains in total darkness.. Whether star cricketers like Rashid Khan and Mohammad Nabi will play in next month’s IPL has become a matter of doubt in the light of the latest developments.

Sunrisers Hyderabad Update: Will they play IPL 2021? 

Rashid Khan and Mohammad Nabi are not currently in Afghanistan. Both players are playing for The Hundred Men’s Tournament in England. Khan plays for Trent Rockets and Nabi for London Spirits. However, it is not yet clear whether they will come directly to the UAE to participate in IPL 2021. The BCCI, on the other hand, says it has confidence that the duo will come. 

The BCCI hopes to bring Rashid and Nabi together on the same plane if they are still there. As we all know that Khan and Nabi both play for Sunrisers Hyderabad in the IPL. The BCCI in an interview stated that they will talk to the cricket board of Afghanistan to know more about the situation in Afghanistan. 

At the moment there is no judgment on the arrival of the two players from Afghanistan. There are high chances that the decision will be made depending on the circumstances. The Hundred Tournament ends on August 21st. There is a hope that both the players would travel to UAE and play the remaining matches of the Indian Premier League 2021.

Talking more about the Afghanistan cricket board. The squad is scheduled to tour Sri Lanka in August 2021. The final match schedule has not been announced. Looking at the current situation, there are high possibilities that the series would not take place in this situation. The absence of Khan and Nabi would surely hit the Indian Premier League 2021.
