Teams participating in the mega-event are the Pakistan Association of Hong Kong, Hong Kong Cricket Club, Kowloon Cricket Club, United Services Recreation Club and Diasqua Little Sai Wan Cricket Club. Each game of the contest will be played in a 50-over format, where each team will face another for at least one time in the contest. 

 Men’s Premier League One-Day Tournament 2023 will be played in a round-robin format where each contest game will be played at Hong Kong Cricket Club, Wong Nai Chung Gap, Hong Kong. The first game of the contest will be played on 8th January 2023, where the Pakistan Association of Hong Kong will face the Hong Kong Cricket Club. The contest finals will be played on 12th February 2023 at the same venue.
