He continued to come up with solid performances as the the 2019-20 season saw him shine with the ball once gain during the Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy. He was leading wicket-taker for Delhi once again, picking up 14 wickets from 8 matches. His ability of bowling yorkers and strangling batters for runs at the death overs makes him an undeniable asset for T20 cricket. Kulwant Khejroliya got an opportunity in the IPL 2018 when he earned him a spot in the Mumbai Indians squad. Despite a decent outing, MI opted against retaining him for the next season.
He did not feature in the India’s franchise based T20 competition for quite a while before becoming a part of the tournament once again during IPL 2023. The Kolkata Knight Riders decided to acquire his services and and paid 20 Lakh for him during the IPL 2023 auction.
