Ireland vs England: England Chokes Again Against Ireland In World Cup: Ireland defeated England at the Melbourne Cricket Ground on Wednesday afternoon in a miraculous upset victory in the T20 World Cup. Ireland had beaten England in the ICC event before. In 2011, the Irish thrashed England in the ODI world cup and did it again in T20 World Cup 2022. 

157 was not a massive target for someone like England, but thanks to Ireland’s strong bowling line-up England and co ended up being on the losing side.
