10 Teams Will Participate In IPL 2022, Click Here To Know More

According to our sources, there are plans to include two new teams for the next season of  Indian Premier League (IPL) i.e. IPL 2022. The names of the two new teams will be announced on October 25. The decision was taken in the IPL Governing Council meeting on Tuesday. In such a situation, now there will be 10 teams in the next season. At present eight teams participate in IPL.

The tender process for new teams has started. The last date for buying the tender has been fixed as October 10. It is being told that Sanjeev Goenka Group, renowned pharma company torrent, Aurobindo Pharma, broadcast and sports consulting agencies ITW, Group M, Consortium of Singapore-based private equity firm and some other parties have already bought the tender.

Let us tell you that this year eight teams are participating in the IPL. These include Chennai Super Kings, Delhi Capitals, Royal Challengers Bangalore, Mumbai Indians, Rajasthan Royals, Kolkata Knight Riders, Punjab Kings and Sunrisers Hyderabad.
