WSOP announced 14 online bracelet events!

Everyone knows that the longest-running World Series of Poker (WSOP) is the richest and the most prestigious poker event around the globe. Having awarded more than $3.29 billion in prize money that comes along with the stunning gold bracelet has an announcement to make! On Thursday WSOP declared that 14 online bracelet events are on the 2020 WSOP scheduled. Never before has so many online events been hosted at the WSOP!

The 2020 WSOP is set to run from 26 May to 15 July at the luxurious Rio All-Suite Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas. The online poker on WSOP.com will run from 31 May to 12 July, including a stretch of eight events over eight consecutive days from 28 June to 5 July.

The WSOP.com Director of Online Poker, Danielle Barille said, “We believe the 2020 offering of online gold bracelet events features our best schedule yet. This year we offer a consistent schedule of Sunday events every week of the WSOP, plus a special selection of eight events from June 28 to July 5 to coincide with the biggest week of the live WSOP when most players are in town to play.”

The WSOP will commence with its first live bracelet event $1,000 No-Limit Hold’em Freezeout on 27 May and the first online bracelet event $400 No-Limit Hold’em is scheduled for 31 May. These 14 tournaments except $10,000 No-Limit Hold’em High Roller will begin at 3:30 pm. High Roller will be held at noon on 2 July. Three online events will utilize freezeout format, the other 10 events will be single re-entry, only one tournament on 7 June will offer more than single re-entry which will be utilizing 3x re-entry format.

All WSOP.com online bracelet events are expected to run inside the borders of Nevada and New Jersey. Players do not have to particularly be the residents of those states, but the game must be conducted while physically being there. Additionally, one can also play satellites for live WSOP events as well as satellite Main Event and book their seats!
