WSOP 2022: Neel Joshi And Shashank Jain Exit One Drop Event

The World Series of Poker (WSOP) 2022 Event #71: $1,111 One More for One Drop saw Indian pros Neel Joshi and Shashank Jain make it to Day 3 of the event. The two players were among the Indian contingent still in the race. However, after a long night grind they were not able to survive any further.

Day 3 of the One More for One Drop event began on Monday 12 PM (12:30 AM IST, Tuesday). The event resumed with 319 players with the minimum payouts worth $3,097. Joshi and Jain made it with sizable chip stacks but soon showed the door. While Jain had the higher chip stack of the two, he exited before Joshi in the 178th position and walked away with $4,341.

Joshi on the other hand, had a comparatively deeper run but finally busted in the 120th position for $4,938. This WSOP has been a good one for Joshi who previously cashed $30,435 for his 12th place finish in Event #65: $3,000 Freezeout No-Limit Hold’em. He also performed exceptionally well in WSOP 2021.
